Sponsorship data
- US Department of Labor, OFLC LCA disclosure data — FY2025 (Oct 2024–Sep 2025) + FY2026 Q1–Q3 (Oct 2025–Jun 2026); 1,034,048 filings. Public domain. Source.
- USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub — FY2021–FY2023 (latest annual files USCIS publishes for download). Source.
Employer names are normalized (punctuation, legal suffixes like Inc/LLC/Corp and “d/b/a” clauses removed) and grouped. Salaries are converted to annual figures and include certified, full-time filings only. An LCA is a prerequisite for an H-1B petition, not proof a visa was issued.
Job listings
We read public job boards that employers publish through Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, keep US-based tech roles, and refresh them daily. Unlisted postings are skipped, postings that state the employer won’t sponsor are excluded (265 right now), and roles that disappear from the employer’s board are removed within 24 hours. We never accept applications — every “Apply” button goes to the employer’s own page.
Page rules
Company profiles require at least 25 filings or a live job board. Role pages need 10+ open jobs; role-by-city pages need 8+ jobs from 3+ employers.
